Join us on March 15 and 16, 2007 for the 3rd Annual Environmental Justice Symposium at Boalt Hall. During this 2-day symposium tribal leaders, Indian Law and Environmental Law experts will meet to discuss environmental and land use law in Indian Country. Panel topics include: the intersection of tribal federal environmental law, Alaska native sovereignty, sacred site protection, legal techniques to protect cultural natural resources, developing private and public land of tribal interest/sacred sites, and the Klamath River fish kill.
